Light Industry Products, Textiles and Garments Testing Department is specialized in safety and quality testing, research on testing technology and methods for textiles, garments, shoes, leathers, toys, battery, bicycle, electric bicycle, glasses, students’ supply, paper products, ROHS, REACH, daily use chemicals, gold, silver, jewels, Jades, etc, formulation, modification and verification of testing standards. It is also responsible for daily operation of the Guangdong Standardization Technical Committee of Power Battery
MAIN BUSINESS SCOPE l Undertake tasks of quality surveillance tests entrusted by the relevant departments of the government for various kinds of products; l Perform certification and surveillance tests for CCC certification of toys; l Undertake tests for production license of industrial products (Scope: Moped, Storage Batteries, Cosmetics, Special Labor Protective Clothing, etc.); l Undertake work of product quality authentication entrusted by judicial authorities, arbitration organizations, quality supervision departments or other administrative departments, relevant social organizations, and parties concerned in the product quality dispute; l Perform various kinds of tests entrusted by enterprise and institutions l Undertake research on testing methods, testing technology, product standardization and scientific research in relevant areas, organizing to set up technical standards; etc.
